Information used to provide access

When you purchase or request access, MasterDeck AI may process your email address, Stripe purchase identifiers, payment status, access status, and basic security or delivery logs. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by MasterDeck AI.

Why this information is used

The information is used to verify purchases, send secure sign-in emails, provide the private training and download area, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain the service.

Service providers

MasterDeck AI uses service providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and access records, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and delivery, Google for analytics, and Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

With your permission, MasterDeck AI uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel to understand visits, page use, campaign sources, and actions such as starting checkout or completing a verified purchase. These services may process device, browser, approximate-location, referral, cookie identifier, and interaction information, together with the product, currency, and purchase value. Payment-card details and the email used for checkout are never sent by the Meta or TikTok Pixels.

Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default. You can accept or refuse it through the cookie notice and change your choice at any time by returning to the site and selecting Cookie settings.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for purchase verification, access, support, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable technical measures are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
